Rooms are spacious with full kitchens and great ocean views from the balconies. Breakfast was pretty basic and could use improvement. Direct access to the beach is nice. Check-in was smooth but parking is limited outside the garage.

The room was exceptionally clean, which is always a top priority. The bed was incredibly comfy, providing a great night’s sleep. The bathtub was deep and inviting, perfect for relaxation. noise from the highway and trains was disruptive, especially at night. The kitchen had limited utensils; we only found one fork for our group. While the staff was friendly, housekeeping could improve, as our shower wasn’t properly cleaned. Temperature control was good, but the absence of extra towels effortlessly exchanged added a layer of inconvenience. The view was mostly obstructed, too, lacking that desired ocean glimpse.

Perfect location right on the beach with a fantastic boardwalk behind it. The cleanliness blew me away—the fresh scent hit me as soon as I walked in. The staff radiated kindness, especially the breakfast attendant, though options could use a health kick. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the bed was firmer than I like. Parking was plentiful, and the grounds are well-kept. I had high hopes for the ocean view, but it was mostly a noisy highway. Despite a few quirks, this is my go-to spot, and I’m excited for my return in March!

We had the best experience at Biloxi's only beachfront hotel , right on the sandy Gulf Coast. The prime location made it easy to explore all the nearby casinos and eateries. The staff's impeccable service and the spacious rooms made our family getaway truly memorable. My kids wished for more child, friendly activities on, site.

I absolutely loved my stay with an oceanfront room that provided stunning views as I enjoyed my mornings sipping coffee on the balcony, and being just a few steps from the beach and boardwalk allowed for leisurely strolls to fantastic restaurants like Shaggy's or quick trips to the souvenir shop right next door; plus, the staff were friendly, and having a suite with a kitchen made breakfast so convenient, although the pool could use some added security for comfort.

I was really thrown off by the parking situation. The covered spots were super tight, and I had a hard time even finding the entrance. It’s on a higher floor, which totally caught me off guard. Maybe I just wasn't prepared!

The location is unbeatable—right on the beach, with numerous dining options within easy walking distance. The spacious master bath was a standout, and the two bedrooms meant no bathroom fights. Staff interactions were mostly positive, with evening front desk assistance particularly friendly. initial room issues disrupted the start, though the staff managed a quick transition. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with some overlooked areas. The living room furniture needs updating. A few staff members showed reluctance when asked for items like towels. Despite minor nuisances and an unconventional trash policy, the tranquil beach experience and vibrant surroundings made it memorable. Service should focus on guest convenience; it’s the little things that elevate a stay.

the south beach biloxi hotel & suites is super clean with fantastic staff. the location is great - close to the beach and awesome restaurants. the one bedroom deluxe suite is huge, and we loved having flavored creamer with our coffee every day.

Chilling on the sandy shore by day and hitting up the nearby casinos by night was the ultimate vibe! Perfect vacay spot for young party-goers!
Would've been even more lit if there was a beach bonfire party organized by the hotel for us cool kids! .

Location was amazing - right on the beach with fantastic views. Walking distance to several great restaurants, which was so convenient.
Billing issues were a nightmare. The hotel's system put multiple pending charges on my account, causing confusion and frustration.

we had a fantastic experience at South Beach Biloxi Hotel & Suites. the luxury hotel had well-made, upgraded amenities and spacious 2-bedroom suite with a full kitchen. the staff provided superb customer service and we were treated to a stunning beachfront view. the breakfast was great and the hotel's location made it convenient to access nearby restaurants and attractions. it was a wonderful stay that we highly recommend for a yearly vacation spot.

The location was absolutely amazing, right on the beach and surrounded by great dining options. The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-stocked. there were a few things that could use some improvement. The sliding doors in the room and bathroom were quite difficult to open and close, which was a bit frustrating. the lack of clear signage to find the office on the third floor made check-in a bit of a hassle. On the upside, the hotel had a bar with a great happy hour, and there were restaurants within walking distance, which was super convenient. The staff were friendly, and I always felt safe during my stay. it was a good experience with some minor hiccups that could be easily addressed.

Great view from the balcony, pool, and free breakfast. Staff super friendly & helpful. Fantastic location near the beach walkable to explore the area. Loved the comfortable bed and flavored coffee every morning.
Room had heating issues during a cold stay in November. Although staff tried to fix it, the room remained cold.

Enjoyed fun at Big Play Family Fun Center next door. The hotel's facilities were top-notch for my event. Convenient transportation to Casino Row, and the view from the terrace was amazing.
Loved calling the desk for extra sheets and being serenaded by upstairs neighbors all night.

Our stay at this beachfront hotel was incredible. The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the beach. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The bed in our suite was comfortable, and having a balcony added a special touch. Despite facing a souvenir shop, the view from the balcony was still enjoyable. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including a kitchen with sturdy dishes and a spacious living room with a large TV. The multiple parking areas were convenient and ensured we always had a spot.
Uneven room rates were a bit disappointing, as we noticed other guests paying less for the same room.

Our room at South Beach was incredibly spacious, with a lovely balcony overlooking the beach. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The comfortable bedding and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.
